Disc Golf

7775 Friant Rd. Fresno, CA 93720

About Disc Golf

Disc golf is played much like traditional golf but instead of a ball and a set of clubs, players use a flying disc, or Frisbee®. The sport shares the same objective as traditional golf: to complete each hole in the fewest number of strokes (or, in this case, fewest number of throws). There is a permanent 18 hole disc golf course located in the back 57 acres of Fresno’s Woodward Park. Built in 2003, the terrain is moderately hilly & moderately wooded with the basket positions changed often. There are also two practice baskets available. Disc golf can be played from school age to old age whether you are able-bodied, specially-abled or disabled. Disc golf is one of the greatest lifetime fitness sports available to everyone!

Daily Park entry is $5 per vehicle or $3 per vehicle in which a senior citizen (age 65 or older) is a passenger or a driver.
