Castle Air Museum- Banquet Room
5050 Santa Fe Dr. Atwater, CA
Castle Air Museum will be hosting Tony Krizan for a slide show presentation on his wilderness adventures into Kings Canyon National Park. Join Tony on his three hiking adventures into the wilderness attempting to locate a lone Curtis Wright P-40 Tomahawk Aircraft. From a squadron of nineteen aircraft that departed March Air Force Base in Riverside, California five aircraft crashed. Four of the aircraft crashed in King's Canyon and one on Gray's Mountain above Bass Lake. Today, 74 years later, somewhere in King's Canyon one aircraft's location is still a mystery. Join us for this historic show and maybe you will have the idea to help Tony solve this King's Canyon mystery. The lecture will be held in the Banquet Room at Castle Air Museum. There is no admission cost.
