The Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple is hosting their annual Ginza Food Bazaar on Sunday, October 30 from 11:00am until 3:00pm. Admission is free and the public is cordially invited. The annual food bazaar is a fund raising benefit event that brings families, friends and the community together and features traditional Japanese dishes like Sushi, Teriyaki Beef Sticks, and Tempura Shrimp/Vegetables. Other Asian inspired dishes include Curry Rice, fried rice, chicken salad, croquettes, Hawaiian spam musubi, Katsu Dogs, and barbeque ribs. Manju and Anpan are very popular desserts or better described as pastries. More traditional desserts will also be available. Other offerings include a raffle, a Buddhist Bookstore, giftware and collectibles. A special raffle drawing will be held for a chance to win 1st prize of $1,000.00, 2nd prize of a 16 GB iPad, 3rd prize of a TV and many more prizes.
