Event Submission Guidelines

The Fresno/Clovis Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to edit and/or remove any and all listings without prior notification to the event submitter. These guidelines express the manner in which event submissions are considered and accepted or rejected. 

Consideration: Events must be open to the public, non-exclusive, and community minded. 

Location: Events must be within Fresno County. The only exceptions are events submitted by our Recommended Bureau Members. 

Lead Time: Events will typically be approved within 2-3 business days. Submit your event at least one week prior to the event date for adequate promotion and visibility. 

Accuracy: Be sure that your event information (time, date, location, address, contact information, event description) are accurate. 

We reserve the right to edit graphic images and submissions for grammar, style, and accuracy.
