A Four - Week Foundation Course on " Raja Yoga Meditation" This class meets on Saturdays beginning : January 23rd through February 13th. The course provides basic understanding of ancient practice of meditation, techniques to reduce stress and increase peace & clarity of mind. There is no charge for these classes.To register please call.
