Remarks: Dr. Joseph Castro , Fresno State President
Soloist: Misak Israelyan

The mission of the Armenian Genocide Commemorative Committee - Fresno is to honor the memory of the 1.5 million Armenians who perished at the hands of the Ottoman government beginning on April 24, 1915. The committee is responsible for organizing commemorative programs and educating the community about the Armenian Genocide to prevent future genocides.
